"The difference between a successful person and others is not lack of strength, not lack of knowledge, but rather lack of will."

~with a successful person, there come a lot of good traits; but the difference between them and others is the lack of wanting toe successful. They do not strive for greatness. They may have the exact same educational skills, but the lack of effort will keep a person down.
